Founded by Kevin Brand, (512) Brewing is an independently owned craft brewery in Austin, Texas. They brew 11,000 barrels of a portfolio of fine beers, but are best known for their Pecan Porter and (512) IPA which can be found about town at Central Market and favorite bars and restaurants. From water conservation to ingredients selection to packaging (512) Brewing considers sustainability as a key lens for all of its business decisions.
(512) Brewing was a catalyst advisor for the development of Earthly Labs carbon capture technology to help craft brewers reduce CO2 costs, reduce CO2 emissions, and enhance quality.
